Signet Supply and Astral Industries greatly values the relationship with our customers and would like to provide you with a status update as we all work through the ever changing challenges of the Coronavirus (COVID-19). Simply stated, we are well prepared to respond to your daily orders and servicing your business. We do not foresee any disruption in products or services.
Under the designation of an Essential Business, manufacturing operations continue uninterrupted at our facilities in Lynn, Indiana. The supply chain for raw materials and sourced products from other established manufactures is actively monitored and performing to expectations. We enjoy strong casket inventory levels across the country. Finally, Astral Carrier is actively shipping product to the warehouses of our independent distributors and Signet Supply distribution centers continue to make daily deliveries to funeral professionals.
With concern for our employees and customers, we have implemented several changes:
- Sales team working from home with no in-person sales calls to our customers.
- Restricted office visits to only preapproved vendors and other visitors.
- Distributed gloves, hand sanitizer, and sanitizing wipes to each delivery driver.
- Updated contingency plans allowing select employees to work from home as needed.
